English abstract:

Inequalities are a serious issue that can not be overlooked in the workplace. This essay will cover three different categories that are affected by inequalities in the workplace; they are namely age, gender and sexual orientation. It will provide examples and evidences to analyze the arguments based on the responses from employees, employers and government. It might be positive or negative. The main argument is unequal pay and treat differently are widespread in the workplace, the causes are complex and can not simply be explained by discrimination at work by either employers or employees. It is very important to require equal pay and treatment for jobs of worth.
